• Shrimp (10 heads)
  • 1 tbs red pepper powder
  • 1tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 1 cup of cooking wine
  • 1 garlic clove diced
  • 10 to 15 peppercorns
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • Bacon
  • 200g of spaghetti  
  • Dash of Olive oil
  • Fresh cream
  • Milk
  • Parmesan cheese powder


  1. Marinate shrimp with red pepper powder, pepper, salt and cooking wine for approx. 30 minutes
  2. Within the remaining ten minutes of marination process, commence boiling the pasta
  3. Chop  garlic, onion and mushrooms
  4. Heat a pan with olive oil and add garlic and peppercorns
  5. Add onions, mushroom and bacon and stir until they are cooked
  6. Add the marinated shrimp
  7. Add some spicy sauce if you prefer
  8. Add fresh cream and milk.
  9. Thin sauce out by adding a little more milk
  10. Add the cooked pasta and some of the water to the sauce mixture.
  11. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
